Coaches

A Great Coach Can Make All the Difference in the World!

Coaches are an integral part of the Cambridge Junior Cheer program and we are so thankful you’re considering being part of the team!

Cambridge Junior Cheer (CJC) coaches guide future Cambridge athletes in learning cheers, stunting, tumbling, and dance, as well as being a role model and helping young athletes develop as kind, respectful, and responsible individuals and teammates. It is important that CJC coaches are passionate about cheerleading, have knowledge of cheer skills and safety guidelines, are great communicators, are empathetic to the middle school age group, and are strong leaders.
